Currency and shipping rates
The store currency is USD. The shipping threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
- Below USD $36: USD $6 standard shipping.
- USD $36 or more: free standard shipping.
Processing and transit
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation. Estimated transit after dispatch is 5–15 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent in the dispatch email. Carrier scans can take time to appear. See our Track Order page or email support@bicail.com for order-specific help.
Lost packages
If your tracking has stopped updating or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us at support@bicail.com and provide your order number, tracking number, and delivery address. We will investigate the shipment with the delivery carrier. Once the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge within 3 business days.
Delivery delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when a delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies. If a delay results from an avoidable human or operational error attributable to us or one of our delivery partners, we will review the circumstances and may provide appropriate compensation or another reasonable remedy on a case-by-case basis. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your order.
Addresses, duties and imports
Enter a complete deliverable address. If you notice an error, email us promptly with the order number and corrected details; a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their destination unless checkout states otherwise. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
