Return & Refund Policy

We want returns to be clear and traceable. Contact support@bicail.com before sending an item so we can review the request and provide instructions.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, unassembled where reasonably applicable, in the condition received and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How to request a return

Email support@bicail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the request and clear photos where condition, damage or an incorrect item is relevant. Wait for approval and return instructions before shipping.

Return address

Approved returns must be sent to: Room 405, South Block, Jinwen Digital Valley, Huangtian Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China. Do not send returns to the registered business address or to an address printed on the original parcel unless support specifically confirms it.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless mandatory law requires otherwise. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or different from the order, we will provide an appropriate remedy and instructions, including return-shipping arrangements where applicable.

Refunds

After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. When approved, bicail will process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment begins. If an order has already shipped, the return procedure applies.
