Before choosing a piece

Send the product link and the option you are considering. For questions about fit, include the measurements you need to confirm. Please check the product description and dimension images as well.

For an existing order

Include the order number and the email address used at checkout. If something arrived damaged, incomplete or different from your order, describe the issue and attach clear photos of the item and packaging.

For delivery or return questions

Email us for order-specific information and instructions before sending an item back. Please confirm the return destination with us; an address printed on the original parcel may not be the appropriate return address.

For your safety, do not send payment card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents by email.
